Your unused bandwidth is worth something. MetaMine makes it simple to prove it.®
A Web3 DApp designed to make decentralization feel effortless.
MetaMine is a Web3 decentralized application that turns unused device bandwidth into real income, powering a globally distributed network run entirely by its users. I joined the project with wireframes in hand and a clear mission: transform a technically complex DApp into an experience anyone could use with a single tap.

Problem
Powerful technology hiding behind too much complexity.
MetaMine operates at the intersection of hardware, network infrastructure, and blockchain rewards, three domains that are each complex on their own. The risk was building an interface that reflected that complexity back at the user. The backend handles bandwidth allocation, device data, real-time network states, and multi-layered reward distribution, but none of that should be the user's problem. The challenge was designing a single dashboard where a non-technical user could understand exactly what was happening, feel confident about their earnings, and get started with minimal friction, while the system did all the heavy lifting invisibly in the background.

Solution
One button to start. Everything else takes care of itself.
The entire experience was distilled down to a single primary action: press to share. From that moment, the interface takes over, surfacing real-time status indicators, bandwidth activity, and reward accumulation in a clear, readable dashboard. Each system state, active, paused, pending, or disconnected, was designed with distinct visual cues so users always know where they stand without needing to interpret technical data. The reward mechanism was made fully transparent through visual breakdowns that show how earnings are calculated and distributed, building trust without overwhelming the screen. The visual language leans into a dark, tech-forward aesthetic while staying lightweight and smooth in motion, fast to load and satisfying to interact with.

Concept
Web3 for everyone. Not just for developers.
MetaMine was designed on a simple belief: the most powerful technology should be the easiest to use. The DApp's interface strips away every layer of unnecessary complexity, leaving only what the user needs to see, what they are contributing, what they are earning, and how the network is growing. The dark, minimal aesthetic reinforces a sense of precision and trustworthiness, while the smooth micro-interactions make the experience feel alive rather than clinical. The product launched successfully and stands as a case study in making Web3 infrastructure genuinely accessible.
