Vinsend is not a standalone app.
It is an embedded fintech solution that plugs directly into existing digital wallets and browser interfaces, enabling on-ramp and off-ramp currency conversion for everyday users. Built entirely from scratch, the project started with deep user flow analysis before a single screen was drawn.
Problem
Trust is hard to earn in two seconds.
When users arrive at Vinsend from a third-party wallet, they bring zero prior context and zero patience. The product needed to feel immediately credible, secure, and frictionless, all at once. Beneath the surface, the system runs real-time fraud detection, AML checks, and multi-stage transaction verification. The challenge was making those complex backend processes feel transparent and reassuring on the frontend, without exposing technical complexity or leaving users staring at a blank loading screen wondering if something went wrong.
Solution
Show the process, earn the trust.
Rather than hiding the verification process behind a generic spinner, each stage of the transaction, from payment verification to fund transfer to completion, is surfaced as a visible, step-by-step progress flow. Users can see exactly where their transaction stands in real time. When a step fails, the interface communicates it clearly and calmly, with an immediate recovery action available. This approach transformed a potentially anxious waiting experience into one that feels controlled, transparent, and trustworthy.

Vinsend was designed to live inside other products without feeling like a foreign element. The visual language is dark, focused, and deliberately minimal, letting the transaction flow take center stage. Every screen was crafted to work across both embedded wallet views and browser interfaces, maintaining consistency regardless of entry point. The product is fully complete and currently navigating the regulatory process ahead of its public launch.
